BDIT CollegeSkills for Growth

Beyond the classroom

Programs

Longer journeys for learners who want more than a course: mentors, real work placements and support to start or grow a business.
Mentorship

Mentorship Program

Pairs learners and young professionals with experienced practitioners for regular guidance.

Our mentors are practitioners in project management, data, M&E, business and leadership. Mentees meet their mentor regularly to set goals, review progress and get honest career advice.

What to expect

  • A mentor matched to your field and goals
  • Regular one-to-one sessions
  • Support with CVs, interviews and workplace challenges
Duration

Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship Program

Hands-on placements with partner organisations, so learners practise skills in a real workplace.

Classroom skills become career skills through practice. Our apprenticeship programme places learners with partner organisations, where they work on real assignments under a workplace supervisor.
