About BDIT College

Our story
We started with a simple observation: many capable people in Kenya were held back not by talent, but by the gap between what they studied and what their jobs asked of them.
So we built short, hands-on courses taught by practitioners — project managers, data analysts, M&E specialists and leaders who still do the work. Classes run in the evenings, on weekends and online, so learners keep earning while they grow.
Today we also design training for NGOs, companies and public institutions, and run mentorship and apprenticeship programmes with partners who share our goal: skills that show up in the work.
Our mission
To equip people and organisations with practical, job-ready skills through flexible, high-quality training led by industry practitioners.
Our vision
A workforce where every professional can learn the skills their next step requires — affordably and close to home.
If a skill can’t be used at work next week, we rethink how we teach it.
Flexible schedules, payment plans and encouraging entry requirements.
Assessed projects, verifiable certificates and honest feedback.
We design with employers and communities, not just for them.
Certificates are only useful if employers trust them. This is how we keep ours credible.
Registration number: to be confirmed by the college
Names of certifying bodies to be confirmed
Every certificate carries a unique number that employers can verify with admissions
Practitioners who manage projects, analyse data and lead teams, and bring that work into class.
