About this course
This course takes you through the full life of a project, from the first idea to the close-out report. You will practise with real project documents: work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, budgets and risk registers.
It is designed for people who already run projects but never had formal training, and for graduates who want to move into project roles. You finish with a complete project plan for a project of your choice.
